SHIPPING

Our top priority is providing prompt, secure, and dependable shipping. There are different delivery methods available for different items, depending on size, weight and quantities, and you can choose your preferred method in the checkout process.

Where do we ship to?
We deliver everywhere in the USA, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the rest of the U.S. territories. See exceptions below. 

Shipping Cost
When your order total is over $2,000.00, shipping is free! Exceptions are listed below. 

Sales Tax
Sales tax is based on the delivery state´s rates. 

Cargo Ferry Costs
If your order needs to be delivered via ferry, we may need to charge you an extra $100.

Fire Island, Shelter Island, Orcas Island, San Juan Island, Bainbridge Island, Catalina Island, and certain regions of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and others) are among the most frequent destinations that need ferry service. 

Exceptions
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or Military APOs. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may cost more. Please feel free to get in touch with us; we will find the best option together. 

Notices and Shipping Updates
We will keep you informed during the shipment process and will do so via email updates. Our e-mails will come from logistics@natturashower.com. Be sure to check your spam folder if you´re visiting us for the first time and have never received e-mails from Nattura Shower.

Planning Ahead
If you need to arrange contractors, please wait until your merchandise has arrived. In the event that any delivery is delayed, we will not be liable for any resulting loss, penalty, or additional cost. If you have questions about your order, please reach out to us. 

Order Changes Before Shipping 
You may only modify your order up to the time it ships by getting in touch with us. Once an item has left our warehouse, the order may not be changed. 

Modifying Shipping Instructions
After your item has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number that you may use to make changes to your shipment details if you have a FedEx or UPS tracking number (Lightweight). 

You may check on the status of your shipment with FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice. Both of these options allow you to: 

  • Put items on hold or delay delivery 
  • Pick them up at your nearest FedEx or UPS store 
  • Ship them to a different location 
  • Postpone the delivery date
  • Set up a delivery window
  • Electronically sign for parcels. 

Orders in transit cannot be rushed or modified. 

All other carriers (applies to large orders involving several items) Contact us if you need to modify shipping details on a large order. 


LEAD TIMES

Typically, in-stock products are delivered within 3-6 business days. Catalog items without customizations take 3-4 weeks. 

Customized Products
Product customization results in extended delivery times; please contact us, and we will coordinate.  

Free Storage
Talk to us if you need your order stored until you're ready to receive it, as we may be able to do so at no extra charge for as long as six months depending on order total. 

Urgent Orders
Please let us know if you have an urgent delivery need, and we will try our best to meet it.

Disclaimer
At Nattura Shower, we always do our very best to deliver orders in mint condition and on-time year-round. Lead Time for all orders may vary based on unforeseen situations such as manufacturing and shipping delays. Only after unexpected delays of six months can the customer request a full refund of the deposit paid. However, such an occurrence is extremely infrequent, and our commitment is to you. So, rest assured we will work with you to find an appropriate solution should extraordinary delays be experienced.
