Offered in Copper (shown), Gold and Gun Metal colors, AMA’s Pure-Titanium PVD coating offers superior durability and elegance. With an average thickness of 0.32 microns, it delivers exceptional scratch resistance, corrosion protection, and color stability, making it ideal for outdoor environments exposed to saltwater and humidity. While some PVD coatings are zirconium or chromium-based, AMA’s Pure-Titanium PVD resists fading, chipping, and oxidation more efficiently, ensuring your shower columns retain their pristine appearance. Applied with precision and 0.0% deviation, this coating provides uniform coverage and long-lasting performance. AMA’s PVD finish blends Italian craftsmanship with technical excellence, setting a new standard for luxury outdoor products.

Highly Durable Painted Finishes

Available in any RAL/Pantone color, our painted finishes come in matte tones and are rigorously tested to ensure they withstand the toughest outdoor conditions. In a recent QUV Panel Test, conducted according to ASTM G 154 standards, our finishes were exposed to UVB rays and humidity for 360 hours, simulating long-term outdoor exposure. The results demonstrated exceptional durability, with the gloss level remaining unchanged at 2.8, and color stability showing minimal variation (ΔE: 0.19), which is imperceptible to the human eye by a margin of 0.81 (ΔE values under 1 are undetectable). This confirms the resistance of the finish to fading or discoloration over time.

In addition to UV testing, AMA's painted products were also subjected to the Neutral Salt Spray Test (UNI EN ISO 9227 – NSS) to assess their corrosion resistance. After 500 hours of exposure to a 5% NaCl solution, the results showed no blistering (ISO 4628-2) and achieved the highest adhesion rating of 0 (where 0 represents perfect adhesion, with no detachment, and 5 represents poor adhesion). These findings confirm the superior resilience of our finishes, even in highly corrosive environments, making them ideal for outdoor use in any climate. Pulverit Black Powder Coat Finish (Solar Showers)

The Pulverit 56J0/0026 powder coat finish, used on all of our Solar Shower Columns, offers superior durability and resistance for both indoor and outdoor applications. Formulated with TGIC-free polyester, it provides a robust and long-lasting protective layer, ideal for high-exposure environments. The finish withstands extreme temperatures, with cure conditions of 10 minutes at 200°C or 20 minutes at 190°C, ensuring reliable performance under varied conditions. Tested to meet ISO 2813 gloss standards and offering high resistance to impact and salt spray corrosion, this powder coat is perfect for functional applications. With its excellent anti-corrosion properties, Pulverit delivers a finish that ensures your surfaces remain protected and visually appealing for years to come.

Optional 002PR Mounting Box: Quick Coupling Solid Brass Water Connections

The AMA 002PR Quick Coupling Mounting Box simplifies outdoor shower installation with a tool-free connection system. Designed for seamless assembly, this system allows users to securely attach the shower column using pre-installed quick-connect water supply fittings and stainless steel mounting screws. The flush-mount design ensures a stable, low-profile installation into concrete surfaces, while the removable locking plate provides easy detachment for seasonal storage or extreme weather protection.

Optional 001P(X) Mounting Box: Standard 1/2" Threaded Water Connections

The AMA 001P(X) mounting box simplifies the installation of AMA Luxury Shower columns by providing a secure, recessed housing designed to be embedded in concrete. Each column is pre-fitted with integrated water lines and 1/2” male threaded connections, requiring only matching 1/2” female connections on-site. Once the plumbing is in place, the shower column is fastened using the included stainless steel screws, ensuring a flush, stable, and tamper-resistant installation. This mounting system allows for seamless integration into outdoor environments while preserving easy access for maintenance and long-term durability.
